Light
China Doll does best in a space that receives between 4-5 hours of bright light a day. For best results, keep this plant within 3-4 feet of a window, and protect it from direct sunlight.
If not given enough light, China Doll can grow leggy and require more frequent pruning.
Water
Watering needs are the tricky part when caring for the China Doll. They like to stay on a consistent watering schedule, but also like to dry out a bit between watering. Do not let them sit in excess water, either. Let the top 50% of the soil dry out before watering. But monitor your plant closely so it doesn’t dry out too much.
Fertilizer
Use liquid plant food 4 times a year to keep your China Doll looking its best. Because these plants are already fast-growing, be ready to prune a bit more
