Merchandise returns are accepted at all retail stores. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Items in saleable condition will receive a refund by method paid. Items returned in unsaleable condition will receive a store credit. Returned items purchases by check within 14 days will receive a store credit. Christmas price adjustments after December 20th are not allowed.

Perennials and roses: Oct. 31 of year purchased
Hardgoods and tropicals: Within 60 days
